Women's Cross Country Concludes Season at AAC Championship

KNOXVILLE, Tenn.- The women's cross country team ran for a conference championship on Friday. The team finished 12th at the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Championship.

Kaelyn Pluta had the top time for the team, running a personal record time of 24:22 to finish in 45th place. A season-best time of 26:33 put Victoria Verran in 62nd place while Ann Moses finished 84th with a time of 29:29, a new personal best. Anna-Lise Kirton (37:33) finished 105th, and Alexis Christiansen (54:27) finished 109th.

The team finished with 307 points on the team scoreboard.

This was the final meet of the season for the team.
