ATHENS, Tenn.- The women's lacrosse team was not able to find a rhythm on offense in their Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) game against the No. 2 University of the Cumberlands Lady Patriots. The team fell in the conference game 24-2.
Elizabeth Pluta got the Lady Bulldogs on the board in the first quarter with the team trailing 4-0. Pluta scored the team's other goal of the game in the second quarter on a free-position shot.
The lost moved the team's record to 10-4 overall and 1-2 in the AAC.
