Jackson Wins Second AAC Weekly Award

WALESKA, Ga.- For the second time this season, Justin Jackson took home a weekly award from the conference. Jackson was named the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Pitcher of the Week. 

Jackson earned the award based on his performance against Bluefield University. In the team's 12-0 win against the Rams, the senior tossed seven shutout innings in the complete-game effort, while only giving up two hits. The Naples, Fla. native struck out nine batters. 

This is the second weekly award for Jackson. The next edition of the award will be announced on Monday, April 6.
